As you can see, prices for 2-bed mobile homes are very reasonable; park homes are more expensive, they are typically larger and the buyer has an input into the design and fittings.

All mobile home parks are in excellent locations, near airports and towns; and they come with a wide range of facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants and bars. You are allowed to personalise your outdoor space by landscaping your garden or even adding a full-length sun deck to make your new alfresco lifestyle even more enjoyable.

There are no legal costs incurred when buying a mobile or park home and there is no local council tax to pay. Ground maintenance is included in the annual rent which starts at about £1,500 but which averages between £2,500 and £3,000 per year, depending on plot size.
