The village has a twice weekly market, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, and many other amenities. It was built in the U.K. in 2018 and purchased by us as a vacation home in 2020. It comfortably sleeps 6, is virtually new, everything works and there are no scuff or wear marks. Entry is 3 easy steps up to decking with an exterior PIR light. There is an electric point and an exterior tap. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, Jack and Jill doors to the bathroom and a new double bed and mattress, seldom used. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, one never used and the other used infrequently. There is a very comfortable easy open double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, microwave, large frost free combi fridge/freezer, oven and grill plus hob and extractor fan. We are leaving pots and pans, dishes and cutlery for 4, cooking and baking utensils, kettle and toaster. Lounge includes TV, recently fitted satellite dish connected to many Freesat U.K. channels. Electric fire is fitted with a living flame. Portable air conditioning unit. Purpose built garage/workshop with concrete floor has several sockets around perimeter. Originally built with a double door at one end and ramp for access for restoring motorcycles, doors could be easily changed for vehicle access. Gas bottles delivered to the door and ordered on site. Gas fired central heating, one full large bottle in place. Utility room has 3 year old Candy washing machine and room for a dryer. The site has a restaurant/bar and pool and there are tennis courts and horse racing nearby. The site has both year round residents and vacation home owners which makes for a community atmosphere.
