After running a successful business for the last 18 years, it’s due to retirement that we’ve decided to sell Lake Beauregard.

Apart from the Covid years we’ve been fully booked, with many groups of anglers returning year after year, some since we opened in 2005.

The lake is 10 acres with 13 swims on 16 acres of land, there is vehicle access all round allowing anglers to drop off and pick up their gear.

We only offer exclusive bookings for a max of 6 anglers, this has proved very successful with groups of anglers preferring to have a lake to themselves.

The price per week is £2,000 from the beginning of April to the end of October, we also offer some winter weeks, normally in March and November at half price.

The lake will be sold with all ancillary equipment, with include an aeration system, tools, two boats and two freezers.

The lodge is fully equipped, with an outside patio area and barbecue, there is a shower and toilet. Water and electricity are from the mains supply .

The nearest town is Vitry le Francois, 10 minutes from the lake, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants, a three and a half drive from Calais.

Lake Beauregard is also featured with Dream Carp Holidays and a number of bookings are received through them.

On completion of sale any money due from bookings already received will go to the new owner.

If the buyer wishes the existing website could be transferred, along with the existing database of clients.
