The gîte connects to the house through a conservatory (25m2), overlooking the gardens and river. In the house itself, the living room and dining room are open to one another (44m2), connecting to a fabulous bright and spacious kitchen (18m2) with windows on two sides, opening to the garden. Stairs lead up to two bedrooms (15m2, 11m2), and a shower room with WC. A second staircase, also in the house but close to the conservatory and separated by a doorway from the rest of the house, leads to the third bedroom of the house (18m2), landing area (or study, 8m2), and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC (10m2) - this area could be used together with the house, perhaps to give a family member or guests privacy, or to add an extra bedroom and bathroom to the gîte.
