With large front and rear gardens, both flat, two garages, a conservatory facing the river, a summer house facing the back, and underfloor heating, this makes for a cozy and lovely place to spend all seasons. The back garden faces onto open countryside, and the street is very quiet. The fabulous and spacious main room (38m2) is open with the kitchen, plus there are two downstairs bedrooms each with a private shower room/WC, and a WC/utility room.
